ConsenSys Submits Letter to SEC on DeFi Rule Amendment Concerns

ConsenSys has submitted a letter to the U.S. Securities and Alternate Commission (SEC) expressing concerns regarding the proposed amendments to the definition of “alternate” under U.S. securities laws.
